i am here again  just been busy and then the computer went on the blink. have you ever had that happen? so many pop ups filthy pictures and talk bad bad however it is fixed now. friday the 1 was mr simples b.d he is in very good health for 78 does not take a pill. makes fire wood, he and his friend who is almost 74does this togeather they have been making fence for a guy naxt door to us so his beef dont get into his garden[misters] he has three he grows em i can em. any way alarge group from the church family went out to eat to celabrate the b.ds . minister and his wife always join us. we have a great time.my friend and i went to a quilt show and salad lunchon to day about 20 miles away on the way we stoped at a estate sale gota few nice things i collect old oil lamps found the globes they use for .50 a piece. good price also got 2 0f the puss and boots kitty creamers for 2.50 a piece. agood sale also got a older stamped xstitch picture for $3.00 love those sales they also had a hoosher type cupboard with the flour sifter in it for only $125.oo if i only had room sniff sniff .this is a picture of my step back  cupboard. my great grandfather made it for my grandmother as a wedding gift in 1898 i am  very lucky to have it .when grandma died my uncle and his wife put it in there basement eighteen years latter my aunt ask me if i wanted that old cupboard of grandmas if not she was going tohave my uncle take it to the dump thank the lord it never got there now is the hour that i must say good by i know its a old song and a great one but it is true. goodby for now will try toget here more often GOD BLESS  nancy

it has been awhile since my first blog d/t many life things happening  to many to talk about at this time.it is a warm but cloudy day here in northweastern  wi mr s is tapping maple and i finally was able to get the deck cleaned off from winter mess. o boy here comes the sun as i speak. no complants about that. we took a road trip yesterday short but sweet maybe around 140 miles. went to see mr. sister who is in a nursing home. mind is still sharp and still speaks well. however is unable to move from the chin down. very sad as she was a very busy lady a hard worker we have been very close more like sisters than sils. if any of you read the medowview  farm bog,we passed the farm yesterday twice. would love to get in there for a tour she has pictures on her blog however that is just a tease maybe some day. time to get to work at the daily routine. trying to get pictures on here was able to once now don,t  seem to be able to now.  take care all of you out in blog land and GOD bless                                                  nancy

i am here for the first time . trying out my wings in blogger land. i am retired from nursing  live in the country with mr. simple and 4 fur babies . had  4kids  2o grands and 32+ greats. live in northwestern wi where it has been cold not to much snow . praise the lord . this will not be real exciting to read just down home and simple. will post pictures.and anything that might interest some if not all of you.
